EDMOND - Police have altered the scope of the investigation and are seeking the public's help in identifying the driver of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a 56-year-old Edmond cyclist. On July 17, Alan Spencer, 56, of Edmond, was killed when he was struck in a hit-and-run incident in the 12500 block of Midwest Boulevard. Oklahoma City Police Master Sgt.
